Sooo I've been reading a lot lately about weather or not I can change the video card of my laptop /Model VPCEB1J1E/, but still can't find a proper answer. I was wondering if anyone can give me a straight one.

No - except for a Processor upgrade.
The Intel-HD Graphics chip is integrated into the Intel® Core™ i3-330M Processor on the Main Board and cannot be upgraded except by upgrading the processor itself.

Well I've heared something about.... *outside*? video cards or something like that
I think the facility exists for notebook manufacturers to add another video chip to the motherboard. It would then be possible to have 'switchable' graphics using the Intel CPU graphics when saving battery and another chip (like nVidia) for more intensive graphics applications.
I don't think either of these will be upgradable though as both will be hard installed.
