in all honesty, its 3 things.
1 the website and the way its coded so for that , that bit is out of your hands.
but i would say 60% is the bandwitdh, so if your if you have a slow connection and im talking less than 4mb/s download then it will have issues.
the rest s up to your system spec, defragging etc. sounds weird that your system would slow the net down, but its true it does, if you have a slow system, it makes loading harder to deal with
