Hi, I have a sony laptop VPCEB1SOE.
I need yo access the bios, and can not remember the pw, whats the best way to get this re-set with out calling sony and paying 36p per min (RIP-OFF)
any help, advice would be great.

Unfortunately you will need to contact Sony Call Centre to obtain a ‘one time password ‘– They will explain the procedure. It will be necessary to prove ownership.

If your notebook is out of warranty then it is the premium rate number - from the UK the number is 0905 0310006. If in warranty then click the support tab, scroll down and select ‘Contact Us’.
