Battery vibrations (bad assembled?)

I have a s2vp. Battery moves (even if it is lock).
The noise is irritating!
Is it a bad assemblation?

What is the better choice now?

I've tried to insert a piece of paper in the battery slot. The battery now seems firm (blocked).

Is it a problem of the slot or of the battery dimension?
If i buy a new battery?

I don't like a sony laptop with paper inside like an old table...

I would ask Sony about it, it shouldn't have to have paper inside it.
