AR51SU Warrenty Issue.

I have a warrenty pack that I registered, however when I phone the rude auto answer line it forces me off of it saying I don't have warrenty after the first year.

This laptop is faulty, suspect graphics fault which is covered under a sony 'silent recall' according to authorised repair centres.

My problem is I cannot and refuse to call the premium numbers they are blocked on our BT line completly and that isn't going to change. I bought an extra 3 years on the warrenty.

Is there a phone line that I can call that doesn't have an automated monkey on the other end?

Have you tried the "say no to 0870" website? If you enter the premium number they give you, you might be able to find an alternative phone number that is supported by BT line and call them.  www.saynoto0870.com
