is your TV running the latest firmware?

If yes, did you do a factory reset to restore all apps and features in case they are not present?

Because you have a Linux TV (not Android). This “smart” TV is restricted to the included Apps.

you are right - seems like I opened the wrong spec sheet of a TV who was running Android.

@Shaker1352 - the best option would be to get either an Amazon Fire TV stick, a Google Chrome Cast, an Apple TV or a ROKU TV stick to get access to another app-store.

Hi @Shaker1352

We know it is a new TV xG means 2019. Your new TV is Linux (not Android) so it doesn't have a Play Store to add Apps. The only way to upgrade your new TV to add Apps is to buy a streaming stick (as above) and plug it in. Linux TVs are restricted to the included Apps. If you wanted a Sony Android TV with the Google Play Store, you needed a XG8 and above. Yours is a XG7.
