Help for managing a product

My teleision KDL 32v4500 needs to be reset to the original item on the screen, but how do I do it. There is no explanation in the guide for the TV.

I am looking forward to some help.

Hi there

To factory reset your TV:

1. Goto 'Settings' > 'Set-up' > 'All Reset'
2. Follow on screen instructions.
