I can't start my phone and need to doo a complete reset. How can i do it?

Backup everything as it will erase all data on phone (sms, contacts,apps)

Update/Repair your phone via PCC or SUS

PCC (PC COMPANION) – Repair your software with this .First do the setup without connecting your mobile to pc.(only connect when you are asked to).

Do it as follow >> PCC > SUPPORT ZONE> SOFTWARE UPDATE> REPAIR SOFTWARE (written with blue)

If you forget the phone security password then try default code like 0000 or 1234 to reset it .If it doesn't  reset your mobile then visit Unlock-free.com/ here they provide master reset code for some Nokia DCT phone and Alcatel old  mobile models at free of cost using this code you can reset your mobile and again set a new password.
