mini pro SD format

I bought a new SDHC class 4 today, which turns out can't be used on mini pro, so I gave the 2gb card that came with the phone to my dad. He formatted it and used it on his phone. Seeing as class 4 cards didn't work, he gave me back my original SD card, but it's formatted and I've no longer music, image and app folders. I made a music folder via PC companion, but when I tried to listen to music later, it said I had no music on my phone...Does anyone know how to fix this? I've already ordered a new 8gb SDHC class 10, but I recon I won't have folders there as well, so if someone would tell me how to fix the problem, if there's a special program I could use or something,it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

just reformat the SD card and then once you put it on your phone -> mount your SD card to your PC

on  your PC go to Computer(my computer) open your phone SD card -> create a folder Music and drag music folders there

remember

on your phone -> settings -> sony ericsson -> connectivity -> USB connection mode -> Mass Storage mode (MSC) -> OK -> uncheck auto connect in MSC

now connect your phone to your computer

Oh wow, thanks for the fast answer! Unfortunately I don't seem to have 'connectivity' in sony ericsson folder/tab/whatever it is. I can't seem to find such a thing as USB connection mode on my phone. I found only USB debugging. Not sure what that does though...

I had coppied all the files of my card onto my PC. I'm currently pasting it to my phone as you suggested. Not sure if it's going to work, since it didn't work on the class 4 card the first time...but oh well 😞

EDIT:

It actually did work. Not sure why it wouldn't work the first time o.o I'm glad it works now and I can only hope it works for me again when my new card arrives tomorrow. Thank you Slightly_smiling_Face
