Hi everybody,

Well here is my problem. 2 weeks ago i wanted to root my arc s. I unlocked bootloader using fastboot or something like this, then i changed my mind and didnt root. Now there is a new update to arc s, but i cannot update my phone Slightly_frowning_Face i googled everything i could imagine. And i know i need to re-lock my phone. So i found some sites telling me to download flash tool and a little file which i copy into the firmwares section of flash tool. It goes fine till there. But then it tells me to flash with using that little file( unlock bootloader?? I dont know) and there should be a .sin file which is name is loader.sin. Well its not there. There is only preset.something. I cannot proceed because i dont have that loader.sin file. Please help me with this i want my phone back Slightly_frowning_Face

Anytime, just remember that you can't restore the DRM files so apps like trackID won't work

I have same problem ... can't update via pcc or seus.

I think my bootloader is unlocked because track id don't work. It was in service and I don't know wath they did to my phone. I tried to relock but pcc and seus steel not working.

Tried to flash with flashtool, not working...here is the error:Fără titlu.png

Tried to flash with wotan, worked, but they updatet the program, now don't work. I finished by bricking my phone, but repaired with "FlashTool_0.2.9.1_FOTAUnbrick".

Can I do something to get seus or pcc work for me? If no, even flashtool.

10x for help me.

did you tried the link above to relock your bootloader?

are you saying that you sent your phone to Sony Service Center and they (SONY) unlocked your bootloader?

No, it was in a center were I buy the phone. It was with 0% baterry issue. Now the phone is repaired, but I can't use pcc or seus to update. I think my bootloader is unloked because track id dosn't work in my phone. I tried to relock with flashtool, it sais that the operation is successfully done, but when I try to use pcc or update center I have the same response "update failed".

that error could be your internet connection or your firewall or antivirus acting up on your PC

restart your PC -> press F8 -> safe mode -> run SEUS and try again
