battery back cover problem

Hi,

I bought arc s 2 weeks ago. And now I have just realized that down the side with the headphone jack there is a gap between the metal border and the edge of the battery cover. Does anyone has this prb as well. What should I do? I haven't any other prb with this phn but only this cover prb makes me worried! any suggestion?

Yes, I removed the battery cover! I put it correctly. but it didn't work. this gap is not too large. but if I press my nail with little pressure then my nail can enter into this gap! I dont understand, is it manufacturing prb or not. becuz this phn is really very curve.
