Hey guys I still haven't recieved the update(15.4.A.1.9)    Any suggestions ?

Just like with any other update you have 2 options 

1. Wait until the update its approved and released in your country 

or

2. manually update the phone

How long it takes for approval ? Update released nearly a month ago

There isn't an answer for that question, it varies per country/region, and if your phone is or was network branded/locked to a carrier it wil be up to that carrier/network to approve and release the update

Well mine is Dutch telecom branded

Its up to them, your carirer/network, to approve and release the update, not Sony
