Problems with charging

Hello!

I have a problem with charging. I hope ypu could help me. At first I couldn't charge it to 100% (it stucked at 85%), but now i cant even charge it to 1%. Now the screen lights up but i cant get to the menu or anything. Do you think the problem is with the battery or maybe is something wrong with the system?

I am afraid that if i take the phone to the service they will delete all my photos and all the numbers, but at the end the only problem was the battery. If you know what i mean...

Hi @Zazi, sorry to hear about this.

Have you tried charging the phone when it's powered off? If you haven't done that, try starting with that. Make sure that you are using the charger that was included with the phone and that you are charging it using a wall socket.

If one of your friends, colleagues or family members also have an Xperia device you can ask them nicely if you can borrow their charger and try charging your phone with that charger.
