Hi, i have had my m5 for 12 months and i have been quite happy with it, but recently on occasions i have been taking pictures and videos and when i have come to look at them there is no picture and videos will not play. Yesterday on the 10th of August 2017, me and my partner took our grandson to an exotic zoo and i took some lovely pictures and videos of him petting some of the animals. When we got in the car to leave i opened my album to find that the pictures were just black squares and the video's would not open and play. My phone had shut down a few times and restarted it's self but then seemd ok. I was so upset to find that it had not taken the pictures or videos, and yet i tried it out sitting in the car as we were leaving and it took a picture with no problems. So frustrating as i have lost the memories of a lovely day with our grandson.
