Can't access my phone

Firstly , thanks for any help or advice. My problem is this - recently purchased a used phone from CEX , then forgot password (i think it's my age!) Tried Google , PC Companion and Emma to get in. Nothing seems to work. What can i do or do i have to pay more cash to resolve this? Thanks

I'm sorry to hear this. I recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will completely reset your device.
