You want to create folder where and what folder?

You can do it on access able location..you can use either pc or builtin file explorer

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

You can create a folder by simply press and hold on an icon, drag and drop the icon on another icon. Then it will create a folder. To add more apps in that folder, simply drag more apps and drop them in the folder. 

Note that you only can create folders when you have the apps sorted by 'own order' as you can see in the top of the picture you posted.

I have another question plz!!!!

I have only 312 mb free and the new update needs 256 mb, after installing the new update dose it replace the old version or I'll get 56 mb free only?

The phone should have dedicated space,it will not take up from your memory.

but when I try to update, it gives me error and require 27 mb Although I have 320 mb free, so what can I do !

320 MB on internal storage?Try to have the 27 mb in download also.
