hi, asking a question about my dads bdp-s550. he's updated it via internet, but it wont play the bd-r he was given. it works fine on his friends dvd player and the ps3 but the message "unkown disc" appears when he tries to watch it.
What's going wrong? 
(purchased in U.K, being used in the U.K)
