hi, does anyone know how to increase the storage space from 5gb on playmemories online to continue uploading videos

Hi there,

If you're uploading to the website manually I don't think this is possible.  In total, 5 GB of photos and videos can be uploaded.

Hi Sean,

i have opened up another playmemories account due to the 5gb space getting used up. doe you know how to flip from one account to another on the Album app on sony android tv as it just lists one account and i cant find a way to sign out and sign into the second new account.

Hi jaytann,

It is true that you can't sign out from the Album app itself but you can do so by going to Settings and scrolling down to the accounts section where you can sign out by selecting remove account.
