Hi Attach your Reader and launch Reader Library, click on the Reader icon on the left hand window and hold down CTRL + SHIFT and tap the D key a couple of times, remove the reader and check under about to see if it has worked, alternatively you can do this via Adobe Digital Editions, but it is the E key not the D.
