Sony experia e4 cant remove app.

Hi and thanks in advance for any help. I can't remove an app from my son's phone. He downloaded a Minecraft screen lock which he has tried to uninstall. It's not being removed and we can't click uninstall. Anyone any ideas? Ty. Cat.

Could you try restarting the phone into safe mode and then check again if you can uninstall this app?

Tried that, still can't uninstall.

I tried downloading the app myself. Turns out you need to go to Settings > Security > Device administrators and then deactivate the app here first. After doing this you should be able to uninstall the app like you normally would do.
