Dual SIM, is it dual ACTIVE or dual STANDBY

I buy new Xperia E dual and find problems:

#1: On the screen, SIM 1 is grey and SIM 2 is blue.

#2: I have tested to switch the SIM card and if SIM 1 is active, the colour should be yellow.

My question, why in the #1 case, the SIM 1 is not yellow.

Xperia E dual (C-1605), is it dual Active or dual Standby?

I used another brand and it's ok for dual SIM. this is only to show that my SIM cards are good to make and receive call.

Please give the best answer on these problems. Thank you.
