Will a accidental damage warranty that was paid at a sony centre allow me to send my camera back as many times as it breaks? Since I have developed a scratch on the screen and I need to send it back but don't want to use it for that reason if I can only use it once and need it later..

Since this was something paid for at the store, this would a service that the store are offering themselves so they hold the contract for it.
If they have not given you any documentation for it, I would recommend getting in touch with the staff at the store to find out more information.Usually this is a yearly service but there may be some sort of paperwork involved such as terms and conditions which they may provide.
