DSC WX350 zoom lever not working

Zoom lever stopped working. Lever moves freely but zoom does not function. Camera lens stuck on WA, otherwise working OK. Is it easy to open up and fiddle?  Thanks, Paul

@damonstuart Have you tried reaching out to the Sony support reps? Most likely, it'll need repair.
