PMB compatability?

Two questions - related to PMB

1. I already have PMB (version 4.2.02.12040) installed when I bought my Cybershot DSC-T900.    I now also have Handycam HDR-TG7VE, and the PMB version supplied (not as yet installed) is 4.2.00.    So, do I need to install this, or will the previous one work OK with the Camcorder?

2. On opening the already installed version of PMB, I'm asked to download an up-date (version 5.6.01.03300) - and I notice that several functions will be no longer available.    So, should I go ahead and download this latest up-date, or not?

I'm very anxious to get on with editing and producing my first HD video from the camcorder - but I want to get the groundwork of the right PMB version in order first!

Hello and welcome to the forum!

With software updates of any kind, what you always have to bear in mind is that other than the mentioned features/advantages of downloading the latest version, there are usually other adjustments that are not so 'glamourous' i.e. bug fixes and stability issues that will improve the overall performance.

I will keep an eye on this thread to see if any other users have some advice on the issue. If a suitable answer is not found, I will consult some other board members on your behalf.

Wow, did you actually know that you can see the UFC 132 Live Stream at our website? I think it's awesome but kinda hard to believe that you can view UFC 132 Live Stream online for free. Most websites make you download stuff, but I'm not trying to do that. I just watch to find one site that has a UFC 132 Live Stream, is that so hard to do? I think not. Most websites that link or host a UFC 132 Live Stream is shut down fast. So we have to think outside the box on how to wath this event. Lets start by looking on google for a UFC 132 Live Stream, i'm sure you can find something there. Or better yet, we should probably just use yahoo to find a UFC 132 Live Stream as it might be easier.
