How do I make my HDD-CR-520 download photos/videos to my computer?

I connect my HDD-CR-520 to my computer however the computer does not "see" it.  I did not receive any software CD with it when I purchased it. What do I need to download?

Hi Fred, welcome to the Sony Forums

I can't seem to find that camera on the database; if you double-check the model number and enter it on the Sony Support page, you should see a link to the manuals and click the General tab, you should see links to downloadable software. If you dont have Picture Motion Browser, that would be a good place to start
