hdrtg3e snow on lcd screen

can anyone help i have a hdrtg3e it worked brill up til a few months ago now the lcd screen just shows a fuzzy screen it wont take pics or videos but i can view stored videos, if i try and take a pic it takes a pic of snow and the same with the video but with sound.

It sounds like there is an internal fault within the camera and I would advise contacting Sony Customer Support. They can run through some checks with you and can then advise about a possible repair. If the camera is now outside of the warranty period, they will be able to let you know what the cost may be to get it fixed.
