Netflix stopped working on new KD-48A9

Have a two week old KD-48A9 tv. Everything worked fine at start but yesterday could not get into Netflix. All other apps seemed ok. Turned tv off for About 5 mins and Netflix returned.

Is this a common problem or just my tv. Could still get Netflix through my SkyQ box.

Hi Barry, try to clear the cache and data from Netflix app by pressing home-settings-app-clear cache & data.

Thanks for that. Seems to have cleared by unplugging the tv. Assume that this does the same but will try it if it happens again.
