Our TV will play Netflix and Youtube via a Freeview box, but won't go onto ordinary tv. It comes up with a screen with various options, the highlighted one being Software Reset (recommended). But we are unable to choose this option, and also unable to scroll down to other options. So unable to watch tv. Any ideas?
