KD-49X8307C Problem

Hi - my TV has been stuck in the continual reboot loop.  I have tried the reset by holding the power and volume button, but this does not work.  Any suggestions?

Thanks for your comment.  Yes I’ve tried unplugging everything for 10 minutes and longer, more than once, but nothing changes.  I’ve also tried the reset - but nothing.
