IF you have the typical issues with your 2015 set freezing, locking up, missing facilities etc etc and your set is reasonably new, you may have the right to reject it as unfit for purpose. - In which case there is some information to be gleaned from the long thread on 2015 Android issues... Your first step should be to contact your retailer. - A class action will be neither short nor sweet!
