Hi. My TV is A95L. Build Mic doesn't work.The switch on the back of the TV is on. TV restarted and restarted. Any advice?

Please, provide us with full model of your TV to assist you properly.
In the meantime, you can unplug your TV from the mains for at least 2 minutes while disconnecting any external device then plug your TV back and test it without any external device.
You will need also to check for software updates by pressing Help > Status and Diagnostics > System Software Update > Software Update

I disconnected the TV for 1 hour and connected it without external devices. I also did a factory reset with the built-in speaker turned on. Did not help
