I've got my A90J hooked up to my UDOO HTPC via a Yamaha A8A amp and using a PulseEight HDMI-CEC interface. Works great, can navigate menus etc. Only issue is the lack of a 'stop' button on the Sony remote.
In Kodi which is installed on the A90J, I've assigned the 'exit' button to 'stop' function and that works great.
On my HTPC, the CEC command that comes for the 'back' and 'exit' buttons on the remote is the same: 'exit'. This means I can't use them for separate functions. Does anyone know why this is and if there could be a fix? The 'back' button should report as something different. Since there are few buttons on the TV remote to work with over CEC, it seems a shame to have two of them act the same.
CEC is set to 'tuning' so as many buttons available as possible.
Many thanks,
James
