65xe9305 closed captioning

Hi guys

Just got a new 65xe9305 ,looks great so far, one problem that's driving me mad though is I cannot turn off closed captioning, I've tried everything on the menu , it is tuned directly to satellite so it is not a cable box issue but erywhere I look on the internet everybody days turn off cc but I cannot find that option, is this a fault , any tips most welcome

Hi @dearg1 - you should be able to do this via the ACTION MENU.  Is this something you've already tried?
