Cannot get to PlayMemories on iPhone

Hi all,

I've just bought a Sony A6000 camera and registered it with Sony. To access the pictures from my iPhone I've downloaded Sony PlayMemories app and I'm attempting to sign in. The app keeps telling me "This email address is already associated on a different Sony group service. Link your account to use it here". So I click "Link this account" and nothing seems to happen! If I deliberately enter the wrong password, it tells me, so I know my password is correct.

The phone is an iPhone6s running iOS 13.1.3.

Any ideas what to do next?

Hello @jerryhone,

PlayMemories Mobile was replaced by Imaging Edge.

How did you still download PlayMemories Home - I thought it was removed from the app store.
