My Xperia Z5 cannot connect to my Laptop, For details about my Laptop, its window 7 with 64-bits. So I already used PC

Companion to help recognize the phone and I got this

What should I supposed to do, I've tried many solutions and I still can't figure it out.

I figured it out, I just install new windows and It works perfectly fine with all of the function xperia z5 can provide to me, browsing using explorer, using window media player etc. I think the problem is the windows is too old for the new function that z5 provide to us.

When u plugged into your laptop make sure the screen is unlocked

Yes, Today I tested with my friend laptop, and it works fine, maybe because of my USB port ? that doesnt recognize the device?
