Hi. My phone suddenly dead and does not respond to anything.
I have tried to reboot the phone by pressing the power + volume up/down button but nothing happens.
I have also pressed the button beside the sim card but it does not respond at all.
I am sure that there are over 80% of power left before it died.
May I know what can I do to turn on the phone? Many thanks.

Hi Brawwchl, welcome to the community!
I agree with @Phy try that & if the LED light comes on then you will be able to try running a software repair. If no LED light comes on and you get the same result with different chargers then contact your local Sony Xperia Customer Care team asap so you can arrange for the device to be assessed.
Heres how to run a software repair:
Download PC Companin first. Once installed, open the program and click Start under Backup & Restore. Continue to follow the on screen instructions to back up the handset (after the repair you can restore the backed up data to the phone again).
Once complete go to Start under Support Zone > Phone/Tablet software update > Repair my phone/tablet > Continue > Accept data removal > Next > Wait for prepare > Select your model of phone > Follow connection steps.
Best of luck, let us know how you get on.
