Xperia Z1 compact power ring fell off

My xperia z1 compact's Power Button Ring just fell off during normal use(no drops,breakage or dent).I know sony do not cover breakage but it was not a breakage. Part just fell off and it is a design flaw. I am tired of mailing and contacting sony head offices,ASI's and regional officers but no one is helping. I want sony to repair my phone under warranty because it is not my fault that power ring fell off.

I am facing lots of harassment from Sony India , and i want head office to re consider my case and call me so that i can tell them the whole scenario or i will have to appear in consumer court for my rights.

I want repair of my handset at all cost as it is not damaged because of my mistake,it is damaged because of a design flaw and on sony support forums there are many people who are experiencing same issue with their handsets.

My friend with mobile number  and email ID 

had a same problem and sony service center fixed it in warranty. Then why sony is harassing me ?

I need a reply and way out.

Sorry to hear about your phone and that the damage is not covered by warranty

As service and warranty is handled at a local level and i don't have access to any details about the service case i'm afraid it's hard for me to comment on this.

But i see that you are in contact with your local support team about this and i hope you can reach an acceptable solution with them.
