Hi. I was using my phone in the shower previously today, and i was sure that all the ports were closed, and when i got out, everything seemed fine. A little later i noticed that the camera had some small waterbubbles, and a few hours later, the touch screen stopped responding. It still updates, but it doesn't register any touches. When i checked the ports, the port for charging, audio and sd card were all red. Anyone know what i can do to fix it, or do i need to send it to repair?

Open all the flaps > remove the SD and SIM cards > place your phone inside a container with rice for 24 to 48hours, perhaps instead of a container some sort of fabric to let air go through

Just tried restarting my phone, and the touchscreen worked again! Thank you very much

hii! m also facing the same prob though its not coz of water seepage or anything like that.. my Z's screen seems to b over-responsive! i touch somewhere and the screen registers the touch somewhere else!!! also it registers several touches on its own.. dis is very veryy annoying! evrything else is intact and working fine.. i hv also removed my screen guard and have also updated to the newest firmware... however the problem still persists...

what is the problem with ;my z?? i went for a swimming and i closed the ports tightly then the water sip in..now im having problem.. because the touch screen is not working..it is charging though
