Updated Xperia Z last week, phone is pants, help!

Hi

I updated my Xperia z, last week and since then, I have lost the ability to take screen shots and can't upload photos to social medias such as twitter.

Also, my baterry drained today, plugged charger in 20 mins ago and it won't turn on.  I press the power button and all I get is the red LED light, flashing 3 times.

I'm stuck in a bit of a rut Slightly_frowning_Face

screenshots are still there just

press and hold (at the same time) power & volume down (make sure you do press and HOLD them at the same time)

as for posting on twitter it might be a connectivity issue, do you get an error.

as for the battery issues try this

connect your phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 8 seconds > let it charge for 1 hour > try to turn it back on
