I can hold the start button for 5 minutes with no response.

What should I do if I don't own, and never will, a computer running that Windows of yours?
My new Xperia Z keeps freezing constantly.
you can use Bridge for Macs or if you linux there are ways to run sus or pcc
Thanks. Unfortunately Bridge says that I've got the latest software.
Is there any way to force the update?
SUS is an exe file. Is there an equivalent for a Mac?
I can't wake up my phone at all. I removed the swipe action, but the icons are irresposive. It only works sometime, after I remove the SIM and force the restart.
Never mind. I've just found out what I was looking for - "Repair Phone" command hidden in the top menu.
Hopefully it will sort out my problems.
Well, that Bridge thing doesn't work. It hangs while repairing the phone. I can start the backup process, it gets to the point when I have to check the box that it will erase all the data and then it just does nothing.
I can't use my phone at all. I can't even answer it most of the time. Sometimes it does its own thing by dialing on its own etc. What a piece of crap.
