sony xperia z2 issue

Hi,
I bought a phone (xperia z2) four months ago and something suddenly happened to it amd it stopped responding.
1. Then i took it to the service center in saharanpur and they told me theyll update the software amd maybe the phone works on 5th september 2015
2.Then i collected the phone from them but it still didnt work.
3.Then i again took it to them and they said they would replace it on 9th september 2015(service id W1 15090903719)
4. Then i got a replaced phone which still isnt working.
5. Then i spoke to one of the floor supervisors Mr Mohd Sohel at 180030002800on 17/9/15 who told me to deposit the phone at the service centre so that he can escalate the case from there.

6. Then i did the same on 18/9/15( work orderno W11501803770)

7. Then i was told to collect the phone from the service center on 21/9/15 since i got a message on my number for the same. When i went to the service center the employees over there first told me that i shouldve called before coming and the number on the job sheet is given so tht we can call. They were very rude.

8. When i finally got the phone it had scratches and marks so i refused to take the phone since the phone i gave had a glass cover on the back as well the front and had no scratches etc.

9. Its been a month now since ive been running to the service center and talking to people at the customer care for help.

10. I cannot handle the inconvenience any longer and since my phone which i gave initially to the service center was new, i want a new phone or a refund.

I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, we at the support forum are unable to assist you in this matter since repairs are handled locally. This is something that you would do best by raising with your Local support for information about how to proceed with this in the best possible way.

Hi, 
Ive been to the service center and they say that its not in their hands and when i come to you then you say its not in your hands. I was wondering where should a customer and loyalist of sony really go. This makes me feel real sorry and  upset. Sad to know that the hard earned money invested in sony is a waste.

I didn't say contact service center, I did say contact your local support team. They should be able to give you further assistance and information how you could proceed with this in the best possbile way.
