Service Settings Not Complete

Service Settings shows only "Airplane Mode" and "Network Mode".

Normally it should show much more items.

(Need to increase microphone level for audio recording)

Service Menu can be accessed by typing following code as phone number:

*#*#7378423#*#*

As a result, a menu appears:

Service info

Service settings

Service tests

Customization Settings

When chosing Service Settings, a detailed submenu should appear. But now (with Lollipop), only 2 items instead of a long list appear:

Airplane Mode

Network Mode

(In fact, my problem is, that I can not increase microphone sensitivity, used for voice recording)

I've tested this with other Xperias and under service settings it says NONE.

Thanks for testing. I think there is another hidden code in order to activate the settings feature.

Settings > Sound & notifications > Accessory settings > Mic sensitivity
