Phone isn't able to reconnect to bluetooth device after accidentally forgetting the device.

A while ago I accidentally 'forgot' some bluetooth headphones of mine when they were connected to my phone.

Ever since I have never been able to get them connected again.

I have checked my bluetooth is working. (I am able to connect to my friends phone, and my headphones are also able to connect to my friends phone)

I've read posts online of other people with various other phones who have had the same problems and I've tried various suggested solutions without any success.

What if you reset the headphones and then pair them again?

By resetting the headphones do you mean turning off and on again? If so, I've tried that and it doesn't work.

If you mean resetting as in some sort of other form I don't know how to. How would I find out how to do that? The headphones in question are mpow ones.

You should try @Phy's suggestion, you will have to be more specific as the model
