My Xperia doesn't appear on my Xperia Z

My Xperia Z has the most updated system of android.

I entered in the site of my xperia but it doesn´t recognized my phone. According to the instructions I must take my cell, enter in con...Plz help me!

Which JB version you're on? MyXperia is only recenly included in the latest update Android ver 4.2.2, build # 10.3.A.0.423.

f you're already on this ver then perhaps you can restart the phone by:

Restart your phone to turn off all running applications and to free up memory. Press and hold down both the volume up key and the power key for 10 seconds. After your device vibrates three times, release the keys. The device turns off automatically. After the device is turned off, restart your phone.

Oh thx, my version is 4.1.2, in my country this is the last update for JB. I will wait to the 4.2.2.
