i can't charge my phone and when i press the power & volume button until 3 sounds, so now it notice that: uograding, do not disconect device with PC for, til now for more 4 hours. why? and help me, thanks so much.
my phone shut off and when charging it the charging icon comes and then goes away again. Tried the off button and power and volume buttons. Doesnt even vibrate
