Best app for video stills

Hi everyone,

I assumed the standard video editor app on my phone would be able to take stills, turns out it will only change length and speed. What apps are recommended for getting stills?

This has been asked before but you can take screenshots either by pressing power & volume down at the same time or using the small app.
