Would be the stock type c usb cable that was supplied handle a 3rd party QC 3.0 Charger (Aukey)

I bought an aukey pa t9, which is qc 3.0, because my stock charger isn't qc 3.0, May I know if the supplied type c cable handled it? It's rated at 18w

The USB-C cable included with your phone is QC capable, however I cannot guarantee the functionality of a third party product.
