The notification bar issue

It's been days since my phone enter safe mode .......after I switch it back to normal mode the notification bar above cant scroll down but it's working on Landscape mode 

What should I do now?

Hi @Zayah83, I am sorry to hear about what you are experiencing.

When the device is in landscape mode, does the area of the display where the notification bar is located in while in portrait mode work? In addition, could you try the Diagnostics test under Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > Touchscreen, and try to clear the top area, does that work?

In addition, do I understand you correctly in that it works while in safe mode?

Now it can't work under safe mode while I try the testing method you mention......its unable to clear the top 0.1cm of the screen test.

I am sorry to hear that, but it would be best to get it examined by a technician at an authorized service center as @uliwooly mentioned. In order to do so, you may get in touch with your Local support so that they may assist you.
