Speaker doesn't function

The first ever I face this on sony phone. Suddenly speaker doesn't function on fb video or music . Wait a few minute try again it back to normal.

Do you experience the same issue in safe mode?

Hi so sorry I did not try in safe mode. If it occur again I'll take it to Sony Center and check it out
