I have / had this problem before the update as well every 2-3 days with both unlock or camera button. Only solution offered so far is resetting the device which seems too much of a bother for me.

I find it hard to believe that this change in sound quality/volume is anecdotal. It appears that Sony is surreptitiously squashings bugs with these "supposed" security updates. Over 300 MB just for a security patch? I remember when an entire WIndows OS was less than that!

By fixing issues in this manner Sony does NOT have to admit to anything being wrong and eventually all the reviews start taking a positive turn. As long as they get things fixed I can live with their attempts at going incognito.  :smileysmileywink:

I mean, no one said that it was only a security update. and **bleep**, even Nexus devices get some bugs fixed in what's labeled as security updates. I just wish Sony posted some release notes so that we wouldn't have to dig through the software in search for any changes...
